View Your Current Pay Statement in UKG Pro
A pay stub, distributed to employees each payday, is a crucial document detailing various financial aspects. It outlines the total earnings of the employee, deducting necessary amounts for taxes and other deductions. Typically, pay stubs encompass income derived from salary, hourly wages, or commissions alongside pertinent details such as taxes withheld.
To access your pay statements, follow these steps:
Navigation: Myself > Pay > Current Pay Statement
You can choose to download or print the statement.
Review the breakdown of Earnings Hours, Total Hours, and Pay Rate for the Hours paid.
Check the Current Pretax and Post Tax Deduction amounts.

Where do I find my pay stubs in UKG Pro?

How far back can I see pay statements in UKG Pro?
Pay History lets you search past statements by date using the Find by field. How many years are available depends on your employer’s configuration and how long your organization has used UKG Pro.
Can I download or print my UKG Pro pay stub?
Yes. Open the statement from Current Pay Statement or Pay History and use the download or print option. Downloaded statements are useful for loan applications, rental verification, and personal records.
What does my UKG Pro pay statement show?
Each statement breaks down Earnings Hours, Total Hours, and Pay Rate; pretax and post-tax deductions; current tax withholdings; and Paid Time Off taken, current, and balance.
Why is a pay statement missing in UKG Pro?
Statements appear once payroll for that period is finalized. If an expected statement is missing, the pay run may not be posted yet, or the pay date falls outside your search range in Pay History – adjust the Find by criteria, then contact HR or payroll if it still doesn’t appear.
