The Operational Dashboard furnishes analytical and monitoring insights for a specific week, whether in the past, present, or future. It serves as an integrated workload analysis tool, seamlessly incorporating the KPI framework. The dashboard focuses on a single location or department and displays data for only one week at a time, providing granularity to the lowest level of any business branch.

To populate data on the dashboard, it’s essential to configure the Forecast Category Profile with relevant locations accessible to the user for the specified effective date.

To access the operational dashboard, navigate to the main menu and select “Operational Dashboard” under Workforce Planning. Upon selection, a drop-down menu will appear, allowing the user to choose the desired week.

  • Previous Forecast Week – Refers to the week preceding the current forecast week.
  • Current Forecast Week – Represents the week containing the present day.
  • Next Forecast Week – Denotes the week succeeding the current forecast week.
  • Same Week Last Year – Indicates the week occurring 52 weeks prior to the current forecast week.
  • Daily Operational Dashboard – By selecting a date from one of the column headers, users can access the Daily Operational Dashboard, displaying data for that specific date. The date selector indicates the date of the displayed data. To exit the daily view, users can click on “Close” or “OK.”
  • Select Forecast Week – Typically displays the current month. Select any day within that week to choose a specific forecast week within the current month. If the desired forecast week falls outside of the current month, follow these steps:

– To navigate to previous or future months, click on the left or right arrow, respectively.

– To select a month from a different year, click on the month name, then use the left or right arrow to navigate to the desired year. Once the applicable year is displayed, select the desired month.

Additionally, the dashboard includes an optional location feature. To modify the location, follow these steps:

  • Click on the location name.
  • Choose the relevant site and department in the “Select Locations” window.
  • Click “Apply” to confirm the selection.

One can examine the data for one volume driver individually. Choose the desired driver from the Volume Driver drop-down list to switch to a different driver.

To customize the metrics displayed on the dashboard, follow these instructions:

  • To reveal a hidden operational metric, click on “Show/Hide Metrics.”
  • To conceal a displayed operational metric, click on “Hide Factor (x)” next to the relevant metric.
  • Within the Show/Hide Metrics slider, mark the checkboxes next to the names of the metrics you wish to display, then click “Apply.”
  • From the Metrics/KPI drop-down list, select the desired KPI to include in the display.
