• Navigate to the 3 Lines icon > Gear icon – Company Settings > Profiles/Policies > Timesheets.
  • Select the pencil next to the desired timesheet for editing.
  • Click on View/Edit Rules in the upper right-hand corner.
  • Choose Add Rule.
  • Under the Category “On Punch,” select the flag next to “Time Between Punches.”
  • Under “On Punch,” select the pencil next to “Time Between Punches.”
  • Enter the time between punches in hours and minutes.
  • If used for lunch punching back in, change “Check All Punches” to “Check In punches.”
  • If applicable, check the box to “Ignore Cost Center changes.”
  • If applicable, check the box for “Ignore Divide.”
  • Select Save.
  • Select Save in the upper right-hand corner.
  • Select Back.
  • Select Save in the upper right-hand corner.
