To start the day at the office, employees first have to tap on the “Add Punch” module and the AI TimeClock will prompt them to provide their fingerprints. After that, the AI TimeClock will match the fingerprint with the existing database for verification which usually takes no more than a second. After completing the verification, a success message will appear on the screen and the clock-in data will be saved and sent to UKG. The same process is applicable when employees clock out.
