FACE Amusement operates family attractions, themed adventures, and boutique arcades, with a workforce of more than 500 employees who directly shape the guest experience. Every open shift, every missed punch, and every manual work rule correction pulled managers away from the work that actually mattered: making sure guests left with a great experience.
