Is it possible to automate the approval process for employee timecard data collected from a UKG timeclock? Our organization uses UKG Pro Workforce Management WFM, and we have departments with 200 employees who clock in and out from a UKG timeclock. Currently, employees do not approve their time, but department heads are concerned about the time it will take for all employees to go in and manually approve their punches after clocking out. Is there a way to automate this process and eliminate the need for individual employee approvals?
Unfortunately, Kronos/UKG Pro Workforce Management does not incorporate an automatic timecard approval feature. However, CloudApper AI timeclock offers a solution to streamline the approval process.
