For our state, we need to ask each employee if they were injured before when they punch out for the day. Can we do that with your solution? And also, on every Friday, can we ask “Are you available on Saturday?”
Thank you for reaching out. Yes, we have the ability to add these sorts of questions to the RightPunch solution. Typically, we trigger these questions based on the type of punch, e.g., Punch In, Punch Out, Break etc.
For your specific use case, we will add a Punch In and a Punch Out button in your app. We will also add in the Friday-specific question. When all setup, you will have the flexibility to add any other questions if needed.
By default, you will be able to see your employee’s responses in the RightPunch solution. We will create a separate menu for this. We also have the capability to send notifications based on an employee’s response. For example, if an employee answers that they were injured during their shift, we can send an automated push or email notification to the manager to dramatically reduce their response time.
